It's menu planning time! Here's what I've come up with for this week. Sunday and Monday are carryovers from last week, that I never got around to cooking. This week's meals are mostly from my collection of tried & true recipes, so nothing new and exciting this week, but it all sounds good!
Sunday - French toast
Monday - Nasty Nachos (a casserole)
Tuesday - Japanese curry with rice, salad, and flatbread
Wednesday - Spicy-Sweet Mahi Mahi with Almond, Shallot & Mushroom Rice Pilaf
Thursday - Make-ahead Mexican Salad
Friday - Greek Hummus Pizza
Saturday - eating out
