Teriyaki Sauce

½ c soy sauce
¼ c honey
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and whisk together. Use to marinade steak or chicken.

this is a good solid marinade! I threw some chicken, let it do its thing for a few hours and then we grilled it. Served it over romaine with some chopped almonds, some crunchy chow mein and some mandarins... yummy!
