Pesto

1 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
a few tablespoons of fresh grated parmesan
1/4 - 1/2 cup of olive oil (use your judgment).

Put all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until the basil breaks down and it turns into a nice blend of chunky and smooth.
