1 lg Velveta cheese (or two med. mexican Velveta cheese)
2 cans Rotelle tomatoes (diced)
1 can chili with beans
1 pg Jimmy Dean ground sausage (cooked and drained)
1 sm container sour cream (sometimes we used more)
chopped jalopeno peppers (to taste)
Melt cheese with Rotelle tomatoes in the microwave on medium high until mostly melted, stirring frequently. Add chili, peppers, and sausage.
Microwave until completely melted and well blended. Add sour cream. Stir until well blended.
