Apple Crisp

4 c sliced apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c water
3/4 c flour
1 c sugar
1/3 c butter, softened

Preheat oven to 350.

Spread apples in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt, then evenly sprinkle with the ¼ cup water. Mix together flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
