1 20-oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 pkg (4 serving size) instant pistachio pudding
1 c mini marshmallows
2 c Cool Whip
Stir together pineapple and juice, pudding and marshmallows. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
