Spinach Salad

Salad
1 bag fresh spinach, torn
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
½ c slivered almonds

Dressing
½ c vegetable oil
¼ c rice wine vinegar
¼ c sugar
1/8 c ketchup
dash of salt

Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Toss salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving.
